Just a few things to note. Each bracket to mount on the wall has 4 holes but only two screws provided. I opened the hardware pack for the large towel holder first but was installing the hand towel, and ended up using 4 screws, so I was short. Not a big deal since I have extras but the directions could have been clearer.

Also, I don’t know if I just missed this while ordering, but I didn’t see which side opening (right) the hand towel was and accidentally bought the same side for the second hand towel bar. Exchanging it for the left opening was quick and easy.

Cons: Since the TP holder and the small towel bar are each only secured to the wall on one end, the bars’ attachments to the square bases need to be rigid… but they aren’t. The result is that they sag with any weight on them. This has nothing to do with how the mounting plates are attached to the wall; the problem is in how the actual bar parts are attached to the square base parts (which are then attached to the mounting plates). They should be welded, or some other rigid joining method… but they’re not. There is no obvious way for users to fix this. Disappointing.

Answer: It’s a nice solid set. Doesn’t look or feel cheap at all. It was a really nice touch for updating our master bathroom.
