This was perfect for us updating our bathroom. It was missing the drywall anchors, even though the description says ??all hardware included?? and the included instructions show pictures of both concrete and drywall anchors, so that was annoying. Love the chrome look, it was easy to install and I love the variety of pieces that came in the package. It was perfect for our large hallway bathroom. This could potentially be split between two smaller bathrooms (although one wouldn??t have a toilet paper holder) but we used all the pieces in our large main bathroom.

I loved this set but unfortunately the towel bar has become loose and we can??t fix it. There is a nut and bolt on the inside that keeps coming loose after we tighten it so the bar is wobbly and unsteady. It??s a shame because it is very pretty but unfortunately the fabrication is poor.

Answer: We do not support individual sales for the time being

How do I remove the hook if I want to move it to a new spot?
Answer: I believe you need a very tiny screwdriver to remove the screw usually on the bottom which will loosen the outer part of the hook

In the item description it says 16″ towel bar, in the item specifications it says 18″, which is correct?
Answer: 16-inch is the available length and 18-inch is the total length.

I cannot find the towel rod by itself anywhere with the same style and brand. What is the model or item number for a hand towel rod by itself?.
Answer: We do not provide a single hand towel rod for the time being. But we may consider that later.
