Hard to tell in pic, but the towel hook will not stay straight. I’ve installed 3 times, and it turns on the bracket when towel is placed in it, and also leaves marks on wall when u turn it back. Defective design. As long as u plan on using it for nothing, it’s 5 stars. If u want to hang towel on it, it will be crooked.
