I love the look of the hardware set, except for the towel ring. As others have mentioned, they put these ridiculous clear plastic sockets to hold the ring…and yes, it does cheapen the look of the product. When I looked at the photos listed, I thought the manufacturer fixed the issue from the other reviews, but they definitely did not. Instead, they photoshopped or used the correct black plastic sockets for photography and decided to provide the clear ones to consumers. I think this is unethical business practice.

I didn’t want to return the items…so in the end, I actually took black paint and went over the the clear plastic and it blended them pretty well. It definitely looks a thousand times better than the clear crap they provided. If you don’t mind doing that, I would highly recommend this set.

I would??ve given this five stars except when installing the towel rails and hooks, the same mounting bracket part broke three times on three different pieces. It??s poorly made there and once broken the rails will stay on the wall but are loose and not tight against the wall. I was very careful after the 1st bracket broke but the 2nd piece still broke and the 3rd arrived already chipped. The rest of the set and looks are great and exactly as described, just poor engineering and materials for one important part.

Answer: you no need worried about how to install them at all. install tools are all included in the package.

Does this set fit on wooden wall?
Answer: Sure, you can install the towel bar, towel ring, toilet paper holder, robe hook on a wooden wall, ecept for the 2 adhesive hooks maybe not the perfect way to use on wooden.
