The photos used in this product ad are stolen from VELIMAX!!! I took a shot on these hoping that the manufacture just sells their products to other companies who then market them as their own. However, all three of the bars (Towel, Hand-towel & toilet paper) are all much shorter than described in the photos & description. Actually, each bar has 3-4 different lengths listed throughout the ad; check the photos, written descriptions, and ??product includes?? description.
(Example: the hand-towel bar is listed as 10.6??, 9.8??, 8.4??, & 8.35??. When it??s actually only 7.75??!)

Spend the extra $10-15 bucks and get the nicer
set. Not to mention the MOUNTING BRACKETS are COOKED and you can??t adjust them!

The quality isn??t that bad, except for the crooked mounting plate. Guess it just depends on how particular you are and if you need to save money.

How do you tighten these on the drywall? Ours are loose and we could not find a way to tighten them on the drywall.
Answer: Look under the piece and you should have a space for an Allen key. Unscrew it and it will come off showing the screws in the wall. Tighten replace bar, hook and tighten in place with Allen key again. This is how ours work. Hope it works

Can additional pieces be purchased separately?

Does it come with the wall mounting bracket?
Answer: Yes, it comes with a wall mounting bracket for each component and sheetrock mollies/screws to attach them to drywall.

Is the finish a brushed nickel or brushed stainless steel?
Answer: This towel bar set finished is brushed stainless steel.
