Wow, usually you can count on Amazon for carrying at least reasonable quality products. NOT THIS ITEM. the manufacture left much to be desired. The back part that attaches to the wall wall not plumb with the front of the bar on two of the 4 pieces. And the engineering matches the poor quality. Even when attaching directly and tight to the side panel of a cabinet, the pieces can not be secured tightly in place. While the design is nice, keep looking for a better product. (Not sure what the “softness” rating referred to so i gave it a middle rating)
