The hand towel bar and toilet paper bar are poorly designed. It??s impossible to tighten them enough to keep them straight. It??s a constant battle against weight and gravity – our hand towel ended up on the floor almost as much as it was on the bar. We even took it apart and used Loctite. Still failed. Broke down and bought a different one. It kept a star because so far no issues with the double towel rod or robe hooks.
