I got a confirmation email from Asurion but it did not mention the product this was purchased for. A few years down the line if the product breaks, I wouldn’t know if I had Asurion protection for it or not. I will have to search in the Amazon order history and try to match the dates of the Asurion protection purchase with the date of the product I had purchased. Since I purchase a lot of products on Amazon and also purchase a lot of protection services, it would be a lot easier for me to search my email when one of my real products breaks to see if I had Asurion protection for it.

So far, I haven’t made any claims with Asurion so I don’t know how good the protection is.

I just received 2 of these sets and my installer broke one of the frosted glass covers. Can I get a replacement?
Answer: There should be a number to call the manufacturer. I have seen similar globes online at Amazon too.

I recently bought this product one of my globes are cracked do you have replacement ones?
Answer: I don’t have replacements but if you look in the paperwork, there should be a number to the company and they may send you one.

Can you order additional pieces (towel bar, robe hook, etc.) to expand the set?
Answer: I believe they were linked when we purchased
