Overall, we’re happy with our purchase. The one complaint we have is with the hand towel holder as it seems lesser quality than the other pieces. The ring is held into place on the wall bracket through two clear plastic end pieces. Would have been much better if the ring was solid, or at least had colored end pieces. Really takes away from the finish.

Answer: No problem with our??s. Just make sure the top is in the proper place tight against the wall and the bottom screw is tightened far enough to keep the holder secure.
