How far does the double towel rack protrude from the wall?
Answer: It extends our approximately 4.5″ from the wall
Can the swivel be locked so it doesnt swivel?
Answer: I installed these in rental property earlier this year, so I don??t use these. But, I think I remember that there is an adjustment screw that you can tighten to adjust the rate of the swivel. If tightened enough you should be able to keep it from moving.
