My wife and I recently did a complete Master Bathroom renovatio, with new tile, shower, shower door, granite vanity top and more. I researched different towel bars and many other accessories in the big box stores, then compared what I found to those I researched online. These particular towel bars in a set of five, seemed perfect, so I purchased them through Amazon. delivery was quick, items boxed extremely well, and the product did not disappoint… The product is very high quality and the price point is excellent… SImple to install and they look fantastic… I would highly recommend this product.

This is a nice looking set & easy to install. My problem is, I only recieved half of the hardware to install it and when I try to contact the seller, my only option is to return the product for a refund. I’m missing 4 mounting brackets, 8 screws & 8 screw holders. I would just replace them at the hardware but the brackets are specific to the product. As I’ve already installed all the other pieces & do not wish to take them down & return them, this is most disappointing. If you purchase this set, make sure you have ALL the hardware before you start installing! I will update my review if I figure out how to contact Amazon & receive the missing hardware.
EDIT: Amazon sent me a complete replacement set as they said they could not just send the hardware. Although this solved my problem, the second set was missing the bar to the toilet paper holder. That’s two out of two incomplete kits, which is far from impressive in my book. If you do buy this set, make sure you have ALL the pieces before you install anything

What size hex cone screws do you order to secure the fixtures?
Answer: They come with the fixtures along with instructions. Easy install.

How do I attach this to the wall tile in the shower>
Answer: Alien tape works really well if you don??t want to drill holes in your tiles. Love alien tape. You can buy from Amazon as well.

What is the bar diameter?
Answer: I am pretty sure it is 5/8 inches.
